Justin and Ashleigh are a husband and wife team who live in Glacier county Montana with their daughter Justice and a baby soon to arrive. The majority of their hunting is done on public access land and private land that they acquired permission to hunt by old fashioned door knocking. They both grew up in the Detroit Metro Michigan area, until they moved to Montana a few years ago where Justin works as a Federal Officer for Homeland Security. Growing up, Justin was the youngest of five in a pastor’s home where a love of hunting and Jesus Christ were instilled at a young age. Justin killed his first deer with a bow at age 13 and never looked back. As an early teenager he began to buy hunting videos whenever he could, and fell in love with the film aspect of hunting. For high school graduation he received a camcorder as a gift, and began to use it to film his hunting adventures along with hunts from family and friends. He has been filming ever since, and has come to enjoy filming almost as much as the hunt itself.

Ashleigh had never hunted until she met Justin. One of their first dates was an early season muzzle loading hunt where Justin filmed Ashleigh kill her very first deer (a buck) on her very first time out. Ashleigh quickly became acclimated to the woods, and has killed many deer since with her gun and bow. She has also become proficient both in front of and behind the camera. When Ashleigh was pregnant with Justice she hunted right up until the baby was born. A month and a half later shot her first mature buck while Justin filmed and held the baby! Ashleigh is due with another munchkin this August, but fully expects to be in the deer stand by opening day.

Both Ashleigh and Justin feel very privileged to be a part of MWW and can’t wait to start laying down good Western style hunts for the viewers. Since moving from the Midwest, it has been a unique challenge for them to learn how to hunt the open plains and mountain country, but have found the area to be full of big bucks as well as a beautiful place to film. They hope to become valuable contributors, and are eagerly looking forward to the
upcoming season.
