Travis VanHoose is 26 years old and a serious whitetail hunter that moved to Ohio in 2005. He loves to catch catfish and he loves to hunt deer. Since the age of 12, he's been a passionate bowhunter and spends every possible minute in the woods during hunting season. Central Ohio is home to some of the Buckeye State's best whitetail hunting and Travis will be showing you why. He'll be hunting a few of the same spots as last year but plans on switchng it up this season and hunting with a friend on a premiere 500-acre property. He has a few big bucks already picked out and hopes to add one of them to the collection on his wall.

This is one of my biggest bucks that I'm hunting. I nicknamed him Stickers back in 2008. I only seen him once that year. He has always had split G2's and lots of points on his bases. In 2010 he had lost alot of the stickers on his bases and cleaned up into a big 10 with two kickers off his G2's. I have lots of history with this buck and would love to get him this year.

This is Stickers in Jan 2010. Coming out of the 2009 season. I found both sheds in March 2010. Huge mass, long tines. He scored 156 as a 8 point.
This is a buck that came out of no where. I don't know where this buck lives at early season but somehow he found his way to my area and stayed until late Feb 2011. I found both his sheds. Really nice buck! I hope he has stayed around my area.

"Stickers"
No question that this is the #1 buck on my 2010 Hit List. I hunted hard for this buck last season and had several sightings but just couldn't get an arrow in him. I picked up his sheds after the season and he's just a stud of a buck! I have high hopes that this year old Stickers will be riding in the back of my truck!
Travis's 2009 Hit List
"MR. STICKERS": This buck I have nicknamed "Mr. Stickers" because of the 6 sticker points on his bases! I got on this buck last year and got a few camera pictures of him. Boy o boy, was he nice then. I hunted this buck every chance I got and finally on Oct 28th I saw him. I even got a shot at him but to this day I don't know how I didn't get this buck. I thought I hit it perfectly! But I have to give credit to a whitetail's will to live, he recovered and made it to another season. Hopefully, my second crack at this buck will end in me being able to harvest him on video to show everyone! I can't wait to get after Mr. Stickers!
