Jake Nagel lives in northwest Indiana with his wife, Becky, and their two kids, 4-year–old son, Chase, and 2-year-old daughter, Brooklyn. Jake hunts mainly on his grandfather's farm and a few other small wood lots. He is employed as a monument engraver, a 3rd generation family business. When he is not chasing bucks, Jake enjoys spending time with his family and attending a few races every year.

"SONNY": Jake filmed this buck fairly early this summer. He has a rack that sits high of his head. The footage is kinda of far away but you can still tell that if Jake sees him during the season, he is going to be grabbing for the Hoyt.

"SHOOTER": This buck clearly gets the name "Shooter" because he is a shooter in Jake's eyes. This is another buck that he was able to film early in the summer. He does not want to stick around in that field long so its probably safe to say that he is a wise, mature deer. Jake may have to wait until the rut to go after this big boy.
