Kevin has been hunting whitetail deer for more than thirty years and has been concentrating almost exclusively on bowhunting for the past 19 years. Though he has pursued many other game species during his hunting career, nothing compares to the challenge of hunting mature whitetail bucks.
Pennsylvania provides unique challenges and opportunities to the whitetail hunter with rural farm country and Appalachian Mountains mixed with increasing urban sprawl. Years of antler size restrictions and doe herd reductions in Pennsylvania have produced a growing number of wise, mature whitetail bucks. Ways of locating and getting close to these educated bucks is something Kevin and the rest of the pro-staffers at Midwest Whitetail-Northeast look forward to sharing with you this season.
