20090929155433040.jpgKyle Booher lives in Barry County with his wife Leslie and two children Gavin(9) and Alexis(6). His is a partner in Eaton Rapids Optometry in Eaton Rapids where he works as an optometrist. Hunting has been a passion for many years and while he works full-time, he takes any spare moment to sneak into the woods. He hunts primarily farmland in Barry and Eaton counties.

Kyle enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and is active in Grace Community Church in Nashville, MI. Kyle lives and hunts in an area where several bucks over 160 have been taken in past years and there's no doubt that mature bucks are in the area. He hopes to be in the right place at the right time and of course be able to make the shot with his Hoyt when it counts.

Kyle is looking forward to bringing some exciting footage to Midwest Whitetail in 2010.

Kyle's Hit List

Keep checking back to see if anything happens to Kyle's hit list during the season.

"LUCKY"  "Lucky" has only been seen one time, but Kyle captured some good footage in this wheat field.  Normally, 13 is supposed to be unlucky, but due to his split G2 on one side and split G3 on the other, Lucky totals 13 points which will be a lucky number if Kyle can punch his tag on this buck.

"CURLY"  A buck that Kyle saw last fall, "Curly" may be a shooter this season.  This whacky racked buck was captured on a few trail cam pictures in 2008.  With no confirmation of him being shot last season, Kyle hopes for the best.  Someone shot a similar deer in the area, but it turned out "Curly" may have had a brother.  Is "Curly" still around, and has he developed more character…hopefully, we’ll find out.

"SWEEPER and SPINDLE": Here are two bucks that Tony Hansen and Kyle will both be after as they live in an area that both have access to hunt. If the hunting pressure doesn't force these deer to far off places before the guys can get on them.

"MR. MAYBE": This buck also showed up this summer.  While a 16” 8 point is not really what he is after, maybe, "Mr. Maybe" will grow a bit before the opener on October 1.
