What is happening in Minnesota? That is a great question.
Most of the guys are still hard at it. If you've noticed we exactly haven't had the best luck with our hit list deer. Next week I will spend some time during the show to bring you some updates on the deer that I have been hunting along with updates from other Pro Staff here in the state.
As far as activity? Things have settled down since the last couple weeks and the deer are moving as much as they were. One good thing that we have had the last few days are cooler mornings which has helped the deer activity. I have also had reports from guys still seeing chasing up north and down south so there are still bucks looking for does and there are still some does cycling. Tonight (Nov. 17) I watched about 6 different bucks milling around eating. There were does coming and going and they paid no attention to each other. That is the thing about this time of year, not every group of deer is doing the same thing but it happens and when it does you had better be in the woods.
