An annual event that features several things going on all day, the Horn Measuring Party is the highlight for many visitors and frequent customers at the Keystone Country Store's retail location in Fort Loudon Pennsylvania. All the hunters who have racks to be scored bring them in for official Pope & Young scoring, and if the hunter was entered into the store's Big Buck Contest a winner is named after the day is over. The store has many awesome special buys going on in all areas of the store from Guns to Bows and Clothing. There is also a Truckload Champion Safe Sale going on that day. Another highlight of the day will be the processed meat products to sample and taste and other mouthwatering items, most samples provided by Starlipers Butchering a local favorite.
