Finals Week!!

 Finals Week

In college, I hated finals week!  It meant comprehensive tests and a lot of studying.  Finals week in deer hunting is not all that different...it takes a lot of hard work and studying, but it could be the difference between an "A" season or Failing!

With three weeks to go and snow on the ground, don't be afraid to take chances and try new things.  Get into an area near a food source, search for a concentration of tracks (or maybe just a set of big tracks), hang a stand and see what happens.  That is my plan to salvage a passing grade during Finals Week!

UPDATES:

Northeast

The guys in the Northeast are seeing great movement near beans and cut corn the last couple hours of dark.  With the fresh snow, any standing corn or beans should be money!!  Tracks should be a good indication of how many deer are hitting your food source and where they are coming from!

Northwest

The guys in the Northwest are getting some great pictures of big bucks near food sources.

South

These guys have been on a doe mission for the last several weeks, but I know Mike Earp has still been seeing some great bucks!
