Jim Ryser came on board with us officially last year. He has some good kills of both turkeys and deer under his belt, all of which you can see on the Main Show archives. Jim became a prostaff member due in great part to his musical talents and a whole lot of begging! He considers himself an "everyday guy" type of hunter, and he says his job is to apply all of the things the "real" prostaff do and become a better hunter, woodsman, and most importantly, musician. Look for him to show how he applied what he learned this year.
He says he learned so much from watching MW videos, talking to the guys, and listening to our sponsors that he was able to have a successful couple of seasons of food plot planting, better shooting skills, and a good handhold on gear that we use. He says this helps him to be a more improved woodsman all around. Expect some good things from Jim this year; he has invested some time in filming his hitlist, although he says that his best investment for the year went toward his recording studio to make the best music he can for the show!
