20100907104509220.jpgJack Horosky (36) has been bowhunting for 23 years.  At age 11 he killed his first game animal, a goose, in Delaware.  In his twenties, Jack guided hunters in Wyoming for 3 years.  He has hunted many states including WY, IA, PA, MD, CO, ID, BC, SD, and AK and has taken whitetails, muleys, elk, mountain goat, pronghorn, turkeys, and dall ram.  Two of his kills have been Pope and Young whitetails in PA. His bio picture shows the #5 typical in the archery category (at the time he was shot) and was the largest typical killed in PA that year. Jack is a member of QDMA and has reserved himself to only mature whitetails.  He is also a member of the NRA, a lifelong and committee member of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and was on the Nikon Prostaff for a number of years. He is a stucco/waterproofing contractor and lives on a 40 acre farm in southeast PA with his wife, Samantha and daughter, Georgia. They are expecting a second child this fall/winter.

He bought his first farm in Iowa in 2003 about 6 weeks before the Albia buck was shot and later bought a second farm. Then he sold the first farm to to purchase a third. Jack makes several trips to Iowa each year for hunting, shed hunting, turkey hunting, food plot plantings, and various other farming excursions. He will be filming his late muzzle hunt in IA and  possibly flying out to film some friends during the rut.
