Opening Day Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsor

The Opening Day Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Midwest Whitetail, a brand owned by 41 North Media ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of 41 North Media, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on August 7, 2025, at 12:00 AM EDT and ends on September 15h, 2025, at 11:59 PM EDT ("Entry Period"). All entries must be received by the end of the Entry Period to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Entry is free. To enter, participants must complete the registration form on the Midwest Whitetail website ([insert website URL here]). Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

5. Prizes

The prizes for the Giveaway will be announced on the Midwest Whitetail website and/or social media channels. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other equivalents unless permitted by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or about October 3, 2025. Winners will be notified via the email address provided during registration within five (5) business days of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Prize Delivery

Prizes will be delivered to the winners within thirty (30) days of winner verification, provided all required information (e.g., mailing address) is received. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected prizes.

8. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or tampers with the entry process. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

9. Marketing Consent

By entering the Giveaway, participants expressly consent to Midwest Whitetail, 41 North Media, and all participating partners using their provided email address and phone number for marketing purposes, including but not limited to email and SMS communications. Participants may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in such communications or by contacting the Sponsor directly.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants or by any technical or human error; (b) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in internet or website functionality; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; or (d) any other errors or difficulties that may occur in connection with the Giveaway.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used by the Sponsor solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy. By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for these purposes.

12. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes consent to the Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation.

13. Disputes

Any disputes arising from the Giveaway will be governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law principles. All claims must be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively by a court located in Iowa.
