2026 Midwest Whitetail Opening Day Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The 2026 Midwest Whitetail Opening Day Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Midwest Whitetail, a brand owned by 41 North Media ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of 41 North Media, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, participating prize partners, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on August 16, 2026, at 12:00 AM Central Time and ends on October 1, 2026, at 11:59 PM Central Time ("Entry Period"). All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Free Entry: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Eligible participants may receive one (1) free entry by completing the Giveaway registration form on the Midwest Whitetail website.

Purchase Entries: During the Entry Period, eligible purchases made through the Midwest Whitetail online store will earn one (1) entry for every $1.00 spent on eligible merchandise.

5X Gear Entries: Eligible products designated as “Gear” during the Giveaway will earn five (5) total entries for every $1.00 spent on those eligible products, in place of the standard one (1) entry per $1.00.

Taxes, shipping charges, gift cards, and other non-merchandise charges do not count toward entry calculations unless otherwise stated by the Sponsor.

Entries associated with purchases that are canceled, returned, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or subject to a chargeback may be deducted or disqualified at the Sponsor's discretion.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify entries obtained through fraud, abuse, manipulation, automated methods, or any violation of these Official Rules.

5. Prizes

Four (4) winners will be selected, with each winner receiving one (1) Grand Prize Package.

Prize packages and participating brands will be identified on the Midwest Whitetail Giveaway page and/or Midwest Whitetail social media channels.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other equivalents unless expressly permitted by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize or component with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Four (4) potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or about October 2, 2026.

Potential winners will be notified using the email address provided with their entry. Winners may be required to provide additional information and/or documentation necessary to verify eligibility and award the prize.

If a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, cannot be contacted, fails to provide requested verification, or is otherwise determined to be ineligible, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

7. Prize Delivery

Prizes will be delivered or otherwise made available to verified winners after all required winner information has been received. Delivery timing may vary based on the individual prize and participating prize partner.

The Sponsor is not responsible for prizes that are lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or misdirected after shipment due to circumstances outside the Sponsor's reasonable control.

8. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, attempts to obtain entries through fraudulent or unauthorized means, violates these Official Rules, or otherwise interferes with the administration or integrity of the Giveaway.

The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or other circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impair the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway.

The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

9. Marketing Communications and Participating Partners

By entering the Giveaway and providing the required information, entrants acknowledge that information submitted in connection with the Giveaway may be shared with participating Giveaway partners for marketing and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and the disclosures and consents presented at the time of entry.

Entrants may receive marketing communications from Midwest Whitetail, 41 North Media, and participating Giveaway partners regarding their products, services, promotions, and offers, in accordance with applicable law and any consent provided at the time of entry.

Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in those communications.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify entrants and winners, fulfill prizes, provide communications for which the entrant has consented, and for other purposes consistent with Midwest Whitetail's applicable privacy policy and applicable law.

12. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes consent to the Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation.

13. Disputes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the Giveaway shall be resolved individually and not as part of a class action, and shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Iowa.
